Sundance breakout Before I Fall, directed by Ry Russo-Young, follows Samantha Kingston as she relives the last day of her life over and over again after a tragic accident to discover if she can make meaningful changes in the lives of those around her in just one day. Also in theaters is A United Kingdom, directed by Amma Asante, which tells the true story of Prince Seretse Khama of Botswana, heir to his country’s throne, who creates international upheaval when he marries Ruth Williams, a white woman from London.
